1- Please choose the correct size before ordering using the given Size Chart with each product.
2- No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered.
3- If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day you receive the goods), and then you have 14 days to return the item.
4- Please don’t forget to add the delivery note or the copy of receipt with the goods. Goods returned without the delivery note or the copy of receipt will not be accepted and Mastrend will not be responsible for any loss.
5- To qualify for the refund, good(s) must be returned in the original packaging along with all tags on the item(s) and product(s) must have not been used or damaged.
6- Please note goods and services worth £42 or less are non refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered.
7- Please note, buyers are responsible to bear the cost of returning the products.
